Joel grew up in the real estate industry, watching and “helping” his father appraise residential real estate. Joel graduated Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Joel started originating residential mortgage loans in 2001. Over the last 24 years, Joel has helped families get the most affordable home financing. Joel has originated loans for mortgage brokers, mortgage banks, credit unions, and other retail mortgage lenders. Joel also has many years of experience in the credit industry. Joel has reviewed thousands of scenarios and has solved credit issues and has closed many loans that other lenders simply could not. Joel has access to over 270 lenders to solve any real estate financing needs. Whether it be a First Time Home Buyer, a repeat buyer, an investor, or an existing home owner needing access to their home equity, Joel can provide affordable solutions. Joel lives in Spring, Texas, with his wife, his 4 children, and his spoiled Goldendoodle puppy. When he is not helping affordably finance real estate, Joel enjoys sports, reading, spending time with family, and serving in his local church.
